Import/Export Supervisor (Garment Processing Factory)

Mô tả công việc:

• Import fabric materials under temporary import for re-export scheme, in coordination with logistics companies.

• Export garments to overseas markets.

• Manage and oversee all operations of the Import & Export Department.

• Plan and implement import/export procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to place orders, monitor shipping schedules, check documents, and handle arising issues.

• Prepare and verify customs settlement reports, production norms, BOM, and other import/export documents.

• Work directly with customs authorities and logistics partners to ensure delivery schedules.

• Manage, train, and develop staff within the Import & Export Department.

• Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to the Board of Directors.

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

• Salary: Up to VND 23 million (Negotiable)

• Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 70 – 160 (1 Saturday off per month)

Yêu cầu công việc:

• College/University degree in relevant fields.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Import & Export Manager or equivalent position.

• Experience working in a garment processing factory.

• Basic communication skills in English or Japanese for work.

• Practical experience in preparing customs settlement reports, establishing production norms, BOM, and other import/export operations.

• Strong management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
