Your Role
Working as part of a dedicated team, the role will provide comprehensive administrative support in all International Recruitment related activities, as determined by the Head of International Office and International Recruitment Manager.
Additionally, this person must coordinate with the teams in charge of International Student Support, Student Administration, Student Recruitment & Marketing, and Admission to ensure smooth enrolment and enhance international student study experience. Promotional activities, event planning, and logistical support may be part of this role.
Reports to: Manager, International Recruitment
Key Accountabilities
Student Recruitment:
- Conduct campus tours and handle preliminary admission inquiries from prospective international students and parents.
- Provide enrolment & timetabling support, ensuring new international students successfully access the systems and enrol on time.
- Assist Recruitment Managers to follow up with international students to ensure that all required documents are submitted.
- Provide administrative support for the international recruitment activities including timely processing payments from students or agents, student visas, and student records.
- Support student recruitment activities for international high schools in Hanoi (Information Sessions, School Tours, High School visits, etc.).
- Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information to maintain an organized and accessible CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on the progress of student recruitment numbers to help the team monitor the target.
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required to support the Student Recruitment function and other duties assigned by International Recruitment Manager.
Transfer Program:
- Provide consultations to current students and parents who are interested in the transfer program.
- Support to process transfer applications on RMIT portal in a timely manner.
- Support the Transfer team in event and promotion activities when required.
- Update transfer and dual campus data on RMIT systems when required.
Office Administration:
- Organize office operations and procedures including office equipment maintenance and payment management, merchandise inventory management.
Key Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Working experience, preferably in an education, marketing or service-based industry
- High level communication skills, written and spoken (English and Vietnamese)
- Well-developed and demonstrable strong interpersonal skills, including flexible negotiation, liaison, and cross-cultural communication specifically related to excellent customer service and sales functions
- Experience in data management and maintenance of CRMs with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing data and developing reports
- Well-developed coordinating skills and/or implement tasks in a timely fashion
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team environment

English Proficiency
English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS General 5.5 (or equivalent Linguaskill 150).
