(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)1. Application Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for web and SaaS applications, including troubleshooting and
resolving user issues.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and development teams to ensure that issues are resolved
promptly and effectively.
- Document and maintain up-to-date records of application issues, resolutions, and processes.
- Continuously monitor and analyze application performance, identifying areas for improvement
and optimizing systems for better efficiency.
2. System Administration & Maintenance
- Assist in the administration of CRM, DMS, and other systems, ensuring their smooth operation
and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's Intranet site based on Microsoft
SharePoint Online.
- Provide IT helpdesk support to users, resolving basic IT issues, and escalating complex issues
to the appropriate teams.
3. Project Management & Collaboration
- Gather requirements for change requests/new projects and collaborate with development teams
to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of new application releases, ensuring they meet
the required standards and specifications.
- Work closely with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that application systems
align with business objectives.
4. Other responsibilities
- Provide training and support to users on software applications and systems, as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in application development and support.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, with major in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software development or IT
support environment.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform is a big plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS, ERP system is a plus.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of web applications and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JS, C#, Python, and database
management systems like MSSQL, MySQL.
- Required Skills:
- Good English proficiency (all 4 skills, especially good at speaking & writing)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and
software development teams.
- Basic IT helpdesk experience, including troubleshooting and resolving technical
issues.
