Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee and build our global IT support capabilities. You will be in charge of managing a distributed team, standardizing IT tools and policies, and working directly with the IT teams at our subsidiaries to deliver seamless IT support. This role plays a strategic part in enhancing our security posture and IT operations globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the global IT support team to support subsidiaries in multiple regions.
- Define and implement IT infrastructure strategy aligned with security and business requirements.
- Oversee setup and maintenance of SaaS platforms such as Gmail, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Deploy and manage Apple and Windows device fleets through MDM tools, ensuring secure configurations.
- Collaborate with local IT teams to resolve escalated issues and to ensure consistent IT policies across all locations.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage ticketing systems, and generate performance reports.
- Contribute to company-wide information security initiatives (Zero Trust, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and tool providers globally.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a senior IT support or infrastructure management role.
- Proven leadership experience in building or managing an IT support team.
- Deep understanding of SaaS tools administration (Google Workspace, Jira, GitHub, Zoom, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of device security, encryption, SSO, SCIM, and identity/access management.
- Excellent project management and cross-department communication skills.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Preferred: certifications such as Google Admin, Jamf, Intune, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP.
