(Mức lương: 15 - 17 triệu VNĐ)1. Learning and Development
- Work with L&D Manager to implement learning and development processes to ensure they meet short- and long-term business objectives.
- Support the implementation of new learning methods to ensure efficient and continuous innovation in learning and development.
- Contribute to building a premier onboarding experience for new joiners and setting the standard on knowledge and behavior, contributing towards a positive culture and workplace of choice.
- Support the instruction and presentation of training courses and assess how effectively different methods and materials are at encouraging interaction and participation
- Monitor and evaluate employee training progress and development by implementing an evaluation and proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and feedback standards.
- Track employee's growth and their learning & development journey from onboarding through ongoing development.
- Own employee onboarding/orientation including implementation of a comprehensive onboarding orientation that enables employee's success.
- Propose ideas for engagement activities related to learning and development to enhance values, culture, and performance.
2. Talent Management
- Support L&D manager with research, analysis, and interpretation activities across multiple businesses and markets; and the process of implementing talent strategies.
- Support the implementation of define and identify strategic capabilities required by the business and track individuals who possess them.
- Implement the Performance Appraisal Process in collaboration with the company strategy.
- Coordinate the performance management system, to include developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans and performance improvement plans.
3. Reporting and Human resources support
- Track budgets for all costs associated with training. - Develop and maintain training tracking including participation, costs, etc…
- Provide monthly training & develop reports to L&D manager and heads of departments.
- Support recruitment activities during times of peak demand.
- Perform special projects as needed to ensure HR service delivery to the business.
4. Training Material Production & Development
- Collaborate with stakeholder departments to identify training needs and develop content.
- Design and produce high-quality, engaging, and easy-to-understand learning materials, including but not limited to course documentation, presentations, and training videos, ensuring they are suitable for the target audience.
- Regularly update and revise existing training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
5. Learning Management System
- Ensure availability, content updates, user account management, course assignments, and tracking of learning progress.
- Ensure data synchronization and compliance with group training policies and procedures on this system.
- Perform daily LMS administration tasks such as course creation, user management (add/delete/update), access permission assignment, and providing technical support to learners.
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical issues promptly, or coordinate with vendors/IT for resolution.
- Ensure data security and compliance with information privacy regulations across all LMS platforms.
6. Data Analysis & Reportin
- Extract and analyze learning data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Prepare periodic performance reports.
- Propose system, process, or content improvements based on data analysis to enhance the learning experience.
