Role Summary and Impact
We are currently looking for a Manager, Compliance, Risk & Control to join us.

Reporting of the role
This role reports to Associate Director, Compliance, Risk & Control.
In this role, your key responsibilities and goals will be:
In three months:
- Work closely with the local stakeholders across departments to review and administer the quarterly, half yearly and annual Compliance submissions and manage Regional reporting deadline.
- Familiarise yourself with the WPP and groupm Compliance policy, Group Risk and Control Matrix per the ICFR framework
- Conduct a good quality of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) within Vietnam opco in accordance to the Group Risk and Control Matrix, identify gaps and provide guidance and solution to markets.
In six months:
- Be the main coordinator and playing an important role to facilitate local ICFR audit, Internal audit to ensure smooth audit progress.
- Review the Internal and External audit finding remediation actions to ascertain appropriateness and effectiveness of management remediations.
- Respond to relevant compliance queries on policies, procedures, and processes by internal stakeholders.
In 12 months:
- Prepare training materials, train the local stakeholders on WPP and groupm Compliance policy as part of the continuous effort in raising the Compliance and Risk awareness
- Advise markets on business process to maximize efficiency and improve business value.
- Administer the implementation of Regional monitoring measures for anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) policies.
- Gather and analyze relevant information to assist in internal reviews and investigations where compliance policies, procedures and processes are not observed
- Any other Compliance projects/ duties as may be assigned.
Skills and Experience:
Degree qualified, you will have between 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience with the Big 4 audit firms in Advisory Internal audit and Commercial experiences in Internal Controls.

- Strong audit knowledge/ experience in Media industry
- Good knowledge in ICFR or Control compliances
- Hands-on experience of various Compliance Reporting.
- Track record in working with various key stakeholders i.e. senior management, legal etc.
- Good sense of logical thinking, proactive and taking initiative of your tasks.
- Ability to think out of the box for solutions.
- Approachable, excellent in communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. English and Mandarin is a must.
- Independent and highly motivated.
- Meticulous and passionate about compliance.
- Have a Sense of Humor.
