The Project Manager will assist the Head of Product Proposition in managing the strategic project portfolio that ensure timely and effective implementation of company strategic initiatives under PMO.
THE JOB:
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Execute project management/governance framework and ensure the required standards are implemented for effective project management across the functions.
- Review and enhance project management/governance framework on annual basis
- Act as a project manager (for assigned projects) under the Project Management Office (PMO) and effectively collaborate with and support related business functions to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Build and implement monitoring standards and tools for project management and tracking progress of strategic initiative/project implementation. This includes the overall project governance framework and related templates/tools.
- Act as the project manager and manage strategic cross functional projects from set-up to delivery, leveraging the available project management framework.
- Responsible for tracking & managing the company’s full project list & status so as to inform Senior Management Team for their timely decision making.
- Prepare for and facilitate the Monthly Project Steering Committee’s Meeting for decision making and re-prioritization of strategic initiatives/projects.
- Act as the go-to-person within the company for project management expertise & practice.
THE PERSON:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, operations, or automation
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, SQL, Python
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work across departments and with external vendors
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong grasp of digital technologies and process automation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI)
- Familiarity with customer analytics and segmentation techniques
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
