1. Job Description
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize digital channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Email...), collaborating with Content, Design, and Ads teams.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager; optimize based on KPIs.
- Apply AI tools in content creation, advertising, and marketing planning (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI...).
- Oversee sales activities and performance.
- Develop and manage brand image for KOLs, communities, and media partners.
- Support training and coordination for junior team members.
- Execute projects related to branding, digital marketing, and trade marketing.
2. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or startup environments.
- Proficiency in Shopify and marketing-related AI tools.
- Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
- Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Excellent teamwork and time management skills.
