- Brand & market strategy: Closely linked with market realities, coordinating with sales teams, aiming to activate the brand at point of sale and drive sales growth.
- Emphasis on key visual and POSM design as mandatory elements.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Experience required in designing, maintaining, and developing a comprehensive brand identity system, adaptable to various practical formats.
- Skills related to production: working with printing vendors and supervising output quality.
- Evaluation based on a strong portfolio, with an emphasis on brand direction in offline channels (POSM, booths, displays, packaging, etc.).
- Good communication skills to collaborate with non-design teams such as Sales and Trade Marketing, effectively explaining design ideas.
- Preferably able to communicate in English to support work-related communication.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or graphic design, including hands-on work with Modern Trade (MT) or General Trade (GT) channels.
