Job Description
GENERAL MISSIONS
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance the hotel's brand image and visibility.
- Design high-quality visual content for digital and print media, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging promotional materials for campaigns and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing approaches.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Branding and Hotel Visual
- Ensure the hotel's visual identity aligns with brand guidelines and luxury standards.
- Develop branding concepts for seasonal promotions, special events, and new services.
- Oversee the consistency of signage, menus, uniforms, and branded collateral across all touchpoints.
- Maintain high-quality visual storytelling through photography, videography, and graphic elements.
- Content Marketing
- Create compelling content for digital and print platforms, highlighting hotel experiences and services.
- Develop blogs, newsletters, and social media posts that engage potential guests and loyal customers.
- Coordinate storytelling campaigns that showcase the hotel's luxury offerings and unique services.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to enhance the hotel's online visibility.
- Sponsorship
- Identify and establish strategic sponsorship opportunities to elevate the hotel's brand recognition.
- Develop partnerships with luxury brands, lifestyle events, and premium travel services.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and oversee brand placement in events and collaborations.
- Ensure brand integrity is upheld in all sponsorship engagements.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage the digital platforms, optimizing content across website, social media, and email marketing.
- Develop targeted digital campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess digital performance and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and luxury hospitality to implement best practices.
- Communication and Public Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and promotional materials for hotel events and campaigns.
- Organize media visits and familiarization trips to increase exposure in luxury travel publications.
- Handle crisis communication effectively to protect the hotel's reputation.
- Loyalty and Partnership
- Enhance loyalty programs through exclusive offers, personalized promotions, and premium rewards.
- Develop co-branding chances with luxury travel agencies, high-end retailers, and corporate partners.
- Strengthen relationships with repeat guests through personalized communication and engagement strategies.
- Leverage guest data to refine marketing approaches, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Graphic Design and Creative Matters
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and social media visuals.
- Conceptualize creative assets for hotel campaigns, events, and special promotions.
- Oversee photography, videography, and digital production to maintain high-quality visuals.
- Ensure creativity aligns with brand standards, luxury aesthetics, and market trends.
- Photography and Video Editing
- Plan and execute photography sessions for hotel promotions, events, and lifestyle content.
- Edit and enhance images to ensure the good visual representation of the hotel’s branding.
- Shoot and edit videos, including event highlights, guest testimonials and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain an organized digital library of photos and videos for future marketing use.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing,Graphic Designer, or related field.
Languages: Fluent in English, and a third language would be a plus
