Internship & Collaboration

• Community Building & Customer Service: Optimize customer satisfaction on social platforms by ensuring all inquiries/complaints within the marketing team’s scope are handled promptly and effectively;
• Traffic Optimization: Improve key traffic metrics such as Session, A1, and N1;
• Marketing Planning & Creative Operations: Develop marketing plans for current products and upcoming projects;
• Collaborate with the Platform and Adtima teams to allocate and optimize traffic sources;
• Work closely with the Developers team to build and enhance marketing tools, ensuring efficient operations (e.g., Recall, Reddot, Discovery, Official Account).

• Love and play a lot of Online Games;
• Have good presentation and communication skills;
• Be agile, have a spirit of learning, high sense of responsibility;
• Be open-minded, proactive and organize work well;
• Have the ability to coordinate and work in groups and independently;
• Experience in graphic design, video editing or content creation is an advantage.
