• Execute marketing campaigns with business partners and support initiatives guided by brand/product managers.
• Participate in the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns, serving as an extended support role within the organization.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors for joint marketing activities.
• Organize events, including planning F&B, facilities, and providing on-site support.
• Prepare promotional collateral such as channel flyers and other advertising materials as needed.
• Support the planning and execution of programs in collaboration with sales business units.
• Track and monitor leads and opportunities with brand teams.
• Manage e-marketing campaigns and generate reports to support the MDF claims process.
• Oversee MDF (Marketing Development Fund), Co-op, and related system reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team on MDF claims status.
• Handle invoice processing for the marketing department.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or its equivalent
• Min 5 years relevant experience
• IT Industry preferred only, experienced in fast-paced environment.
• Channels & Marketing driven.
• Exposure to creativity & marketing events
• Exposure to Digital Marketing experience an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Experience in working with sales environment.
• Foresight and analytical skills to align with global strategies.
• Good written and communication skill in English
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Capable of building strong network with suppliers, customers and internal sales team and capitalize on the network to build organization presence.
• Meticulous towards details, reporting of marketing analysis.
• Experience in handling channels marketing/partners alliance/PR agencies would be added advantage.
