The position requires 2-5 years of experience and strong English and communication skills. The working location is Quang An, Tay Ho, Hanoi, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Salary: upto 20M/Gross
- The Merchandiser's main responsibilities involve managing products from sample development to production.
- Key duties include working with customers on sample development plans, making quotations after the first proto, and working with the technical department to create counter samples from tech packs.
- Production control tasks include inputting customer orders into the system, coordinating with the factory on capacity and shipment plans, and following up on materials and trimmings to ensure a smooth sewing line. The role also involves checking daily production status and coordinating with technicians and QC to ensure product quality.
- Other responsibilities are purchasing, which involves creating an overview of materials and accessories, issuing and following up on purchase orders, and tracking stock. The Merchandiser is also responsible for logistics, including booking and controlling charges for both international and local transportation
