We are looking for a Senior Quality Control (QC) professional to ensure the quality and reliability of our Online Travel Agency (OTA) product through automated and manual testing.
- Responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, test strategies, and processes to improve product performance and user experience.
- Work closely with the Product, Development, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring product stability and compliance with industry best practices.
- Ensure high-quality product delivery by conducting rigorous testing, bug tracking, and risk assessment.
- Proactively enhance testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, detect potential risks, and drive quality improvements across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance in an Agile environment.
- Understanding of OTA platforms, booking engines, and payment gateway testing is preferred.
- Strong background in functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Expertise in manual and automation testing, with proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Postman, Appium.
- Experience working with API testing and database validation (SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
