Quality Management System implementation

• Process and internal auditing
• Yield improvement
• Managing incoming and process line quality
• Quality performance analysis (SPC) and process improvements
• Corrective actions and problem solving
• Process validation and qualification
• New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities
• Leading quality improvement activities with quality teams

Yêu cầu công việc:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a production quality engineering role, preferably in industries relating to electronics, automotive, and aerospace.
• Experience on Metal Parts product
• Team leadership skills and ability to work with middle and top management
• Strong understanding of quality management tools e.g. SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk, APQP, PPAP and excellent demonstrated practical application of these tools.
• Strong knowledge of NPI processes
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently.
• English at professional proficiency
