Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Support Department Head/Team leaders/Team members to:
- Conduct effective data collection and management for management reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, and regulatory reports
- Assist Front Offices with KPI reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Identify and implement improvements in planning and reporting processes
- Perform other duties as assigned the Department Head/Team leader.
Position Requirements:
Education Level/certificates:
Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Economics, fluent in English
Experience and skills:
1. At least 1 year of relevant finance experience or other relevant experience gained from banks or MNC
2. Strong analytical and data gathering skills
3. Fundamental understanding of finance and banking products
4. Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
5. Good interpersonal skills, issue identification, and problem-solving abilities
6. Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, and proficiency in PowerPoint to support analysis
7. Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
