MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Responsible for hanlding all tasks at Contract Department.
Contact the accommodation facility (hotel, resort…)/ hoteliers to develop the new partners.
Site inspection new properties to get good deal with hoteliers and company's business goals.
Negotiate and sign the contract with the hotels/ resorts.
Update and upgrade the list of hotels/ resorts in Phu Quoc.
Understand the market at Phu Quoc to consult to BOD's business plan.
Follow and manage the partner data, support other concerned departments to upload contract information to internal managment systems.
Good technique skills of software to understand the management system.
Good training for Contracting team.
Perform other tasks and requirements as assigned by Chief Operating Officer.

- Well-knowledge the software technique to support team in detailed if have.
- Good English communication. 2nd foreign language (Russian) is an advantage.
- Willing to go for business trip as assigned.
