• Language: Vietnamese B2 and English B2 (Mandarin Chinese is an advantage)

Job Responsibilities

• Act as local functional lead for Vietnam rollout of NetSuite ERP

• Gather and validate business requirements across manufacturing, warehousing, and operations

• Configure NetSuite WMS and Manufacturing modules in line with global design and local needs

• Translate business processes into system workflows, custom records, saved searches, and reports

• Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

• Conduct end-user training in Vietnamese and provide hypercare support after go-live

• Collaborate with international teams (UK, US, HK, China) to ensure alignment with global standards

• Provide language and cultural support in cross-functional meetings

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as NetSuite Functional Consultant or similar role

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite WMS and Manufacturing modules (Work Orders, Routings, BOMs, etc.)

• ERP rollout experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments

• Ability to configure workflows, saved searches, and reports in NetSuite

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal)

• Mandarin Chinese is a plus

• Strong stakeholder engagement and issue resolution skills

• Availability to work full-time on-site in Hanoi, with travel flexibility during downtime
