- Research & Selection: Research, analyze, and propose suitable and influential KOLs/KOCs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Partnership Execution: Proactively contact, negotiate, manage contracts, and track work progress with partners.
- Content Consultation: Provide content direction for KOLs/KOCs to ensure consistency with the brand's messaging.
- Measurement & Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of collaborative campaigns, compile data, and generate regular reports.
- Social Media Management
- Brand Monitoring: Track, listen to, and analyze brand-related discussions on social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and forums.
- Crisis Management: Swiftly identify and assist in handling communication crises, coordinating with relevant departments to provide timely solutions and responses.
- Tool Utilization: Use Social Listening tools to monitor keywords, hashtags, and assess brand health online.
- Content Production Support: Contribute ideas and collaborate with the content team to create high-quality articles, images, and videos consistent with the overall PR strategy.
- Event Organization & Media Relations
- Events: Assist in planning and executing brand events, ensuring all stages run smoothly and effectively.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, reporters, and media partners.
- Material Updates: Regularly update press releases, media kits, and other essential communication materials.

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the finance, e-wallet, agency, crypto, or forex industries.
- Education: A college or university degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong data analysis, synthesis, and reporting abilities.
- Creative, dynamic, and have a deep understanding of social media platforms.
- Effective time management and the ability to work well under pressure.
