Responsibilities
- Manage insurance quotations, insurance policies, reconciliation with insurance company to ensure smooth coordination
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity
- Collaborate with internal departments to support sales team
- Other duties assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
- Vietnamese person
- Minimal 2 years proven experience in non-life insurance
- Knowledge of non-life insurance products
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
