ROLES:

As Operations Support Supervisor, you will directly support the Operations Manager by ensuring the effective execution of day-to-day store operations across assigned locations. You are responsible for supporting store teams in maintaining store readiness, coordinating maintenance and equipment needs, managing store supplies, and optimizing operational cost efficiency through hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operational support execution

Conduct routine store visits to support store teams in maintaining luxury retail standards (Ex: ambiance, store cleanliness, scent, lighting etc..).

Assist in executing and following up on the store Operations Checklist to ensure daily store readiness.

Act as a key liaison between the Operations team and stores to ensure smooth back-of-house operations and in-store service support

Ensure stores comply with administrative and operational SOPs by providing tools, templates, and execution support.

Support store teams in execution of admin-related tasks such as documentation, vendor coordination

Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to deliver exceptional in-store service, targeting an average rating of 4 stars or above.

2. Store facility and Maintenance

Maintain the store facility, inclusive of all cleaning, repair and replacement of damaged fixtures, furniture or other related items to facility

Oversee maintenance on all lighting and electrical system as required

Ensure clean and neat organization of all back of house areas, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alternations, rest rooms and hold areas in accordance with company standards

3. Equipment and Store supply management

Maintain all store equipment inclusive of office equipment, computers, phones, registers, alternations, music, POS tickets etc..

Ensure proper order on packaging material, stationary, CRM materials etc..

Maintain depth and accurate records of repair in partnership with After Sales service team

4. Inventory management

Lead stock count teams to perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts to support stores and compliance purposes

Support stores in processing damages, shrink reports, and follow-up corrective actions under guidance of the Inventory Control team

5. Cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional departments (e.g., Procurement, IT, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Repair & Maintenance) to deliver operational support to stores.

Coordinate logistics and operations for key retail events (e.g., Private Sales, pop-ups) to ensure store readiness and smooth execution.

Support projects initiated by the Operations Manager that require multi-department involvement

Take additional scopes of works based on business requirements and follow Line Manager’s instructions

Yêu cầu công việc:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field.

2. Knowledge:

  • Understanding of store operations, retail administrative processes, and facility management.
  • Familiarity with luxury or premium retail operations is a plus.

3. Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in retail operations support, store administration, or facilities management.
  • Experience in a supervisory or coordinator-level role is preferred.
  • Strong operational problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude.

4. Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication in English (Written & Reading).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in follow-through.
  • Collaborative team player with a service mindset.
  • Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
