Job Description

1. Job Role:
Support the development, execution, and optimization of strategic partnership programs that contribute to brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role serves as a key liaison between external partners and internal departments, with a focus on building partnerships across sectors relevant to the mom-and-baby journey, including payment, transportation, healthcare, and parenting services. Additionally, the role is responsible for monetizing Con Cung’s O2O media assets by integrating brand partnerships into omnichannel customer touchpoints.

2. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and propose partnership opportunities with relevant industries: payment (e-wallets, banks), transportation (ride-hailing, delivery), healthcare (clinics, insurance), and mom & baby-related services (early education, postpartum care, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations, sales) to build and negotiate partnership proposals aligned with business objectives and brand direction.
  • Execute partnership projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional tasks.
  • Leverage Con Cung’s O2O media assets (e.g., in-store digital screens, POSMs, offline activation, shelf displays, sampling) to offer integrated marketing solutions to partners.
  • Track project timelines, manage issue resolution, and ensure on-time delivery of partnership campaigns.
  • Prepare meeting documents, post-campaign reports, and performance analyses with actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain a centralized database of partner contacts, contracts, budgets, and key project documents.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic partnership plans.
  • Assist with execution of co-branded activities such as gifting, mini-games, CSR initiatives, and in-store events.
  • Take on other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or related fields.

2. Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, and customer journey.
  • Awareness of the retail, payment, health & wellness, and family service sectors is an advantage.
3. Professional Certifications: Not mandatory, but certifications in marketing, brand management, or project management, dana analyst are a plus.

4. Experience:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, partnerships, client service, or business development.
  • Background in retail, FMCG, or large-scale organizations is preferred.
  • Strongly preferred: candidates with an account management background (from agency or client-side) with demonstrated ability to handle multiple partners and stakeholders simultaneously.
5. Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint or Canva for creating proposals and presentations.
  • Able to organize, multitask, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Ability to generate basic performance reports.
6. Others:
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-driven.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a service-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment (especially during campaign periods).
  • Immediate availability is a plus.
