Job Description
Job Purpose
- Oversee payroll processing, bonus coordination, benefit programs and other HR administrative operations, ensuring services delivery in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with labor laws and corporate policies.
- Provide consultancy to stakeholders and address employee queries.
- Ensure service excellence by strengthening internal controls, optimizing processes, and implementing continuous improvements.
Principal Accountabilities
The job holder will spearhead the Payroll & Admin team to ensure operational excellence in the following areas:
1. Payroll and C&B operations
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including taxes and social insurance, ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to validate payroll data and alignment.
- Administer salary reviews, benchmarking, and bonus/benefit plans.
- Advise managers and HR on C&B policies and address employee inquiries, keeping the balance between a people-centric approach and required policy alignment.
- Organize communication or training on C&B policies and programs.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports & proposals and ensure accurate reporting to authorities.
- Collaborate on HRIS enhancements for payroll and C&B data accuracy.
2. Core HR administrative processes
- Manage full-cycle employee record management, including contracts, leave, and overtime.
- Lead processes for foreign employee work permits & contracts, coordinating with partners & vendors.
3. Compliance & Policy alignment
- Ensure all C&B practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory changes.
- Strengthen internal controls, conduct C&B audits, and implement risk mitigation.
4. Budgeting & Cost control
- Oversee C&B budgeting and analysis, aligning with business goals and cost targets.
- Provide accurate cost simulations and forecasting.
5. Team management
- Supervise, motivate, coach, and develop the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage team results, remuneration, recognition and rewards.
6. Support other projects and initiatives
- Contribute to other projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws, payroll regulations, personal income tax (PIT), social insurance, and expat affairs.
- Proficient in Excel, HRIS, and payroll software.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) – C1 (CEFR) or 7.0 (IELTS) equivalent.

- Analytical and data skills: good ability to handle a large dataset with accuracy and within deadline constraint; ability to translate data into insightful and clear reports;
- Good organization skill, and ability to complete multiple projects with changing priorities;

Work Location and Hours
- Work location: 26 Ung Van Khiem, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
