Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Vietnam is recruiting for a Product Manager, Aesthetics & Reconstruction located in HCM, Vietnam.

The role will be a critical team member to work with sales team from strategic planning to execution on overall aspects of managing franchise including strategy planning, product management, marketing, professional education, customer engagement and innovative projects to strengthen the product in focused procedures. In addition, the role will also lead digital marketing initiatives for Vietnam to develop strategy to reach more patients through online channels.

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop marketing strategies & planning to achieve short- and long-term objectives.

• Identify key drivers and opportunities for products, procedures and market growth.

• Develop and maintain in-depth market knowledge.

• Analyze the market sizes & trends, competitor intelligence.

• Manage & develop product portfolios, including new launch products.

Execution:

• Plan & execute workshops, events & ensure internal approval.

• Partner with distributors for daily business execution.

• Develop, get MOH approval, produce & roll-out for promotional activities.

• NPI launching preparation & must-win.

• Reporting and Performance Measurement: Prepare and present progress reports on product-related and filed activities to the business.

• Samples management.

• Others that are assigned by Franchise Business Unit Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of marketing experience. An understanding of marketing in highly regulated product category and complex environment is an advantage.

• A degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Pharmaceutical, MBA is an advantage.

• Multi-tasking, able to work independently/ under pressure, good planning & execution skills.

• Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills in English.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset & leadership qualities to manage internal & external stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques both off-line & online, familiarity with social media/ online applications.

• Passion for the marketing in aesthetics industry.

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive. Passion for career development and regional exposure, ability to travel independently.

• Understanding of financial KPIs and budget management.
