• Production planning: Anticipate the production capacity and planning management according to finished goods production strategy.
• Supplier management: Develop supplier supply chain management maturity and autonomy.
• Order management: Ensure reliable data price/cost and lead-time referencing of your products and on time delivery.
• Stock management: Manage and optimize the stock supply and ensure a reliable stock.
• Component management: Ensure component availability and optimized component stock for finished goods production.
• Pilot the activities: Turnover, margin, performance.
• Continuous improvement: Improve supply flexibility and efficiency.
