(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)We are looking for a well-organized, tech-savvy, and service-oriented Professional Librarian to manage and develop our school library, support academic research, and contribute to a vibrant reading culture in a bilingual learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and resource-protected library space.
- Develop, catalog, and update the library’s inventory and databases.
- Assist students and staff in locating resources and conducting research.
- Organize reading classes and extracurricular activities related to reading for students.
- Plan and coordinate library events and reading promotion activities.
- Respond to library inquiries via email and in person.
- Manage and update content on the library’s website (e.g., book reviews, blog posts).
- Research and apply new technologies or systems to improve library services.
- Handle budgeting and procurement for books, equipment, and resources.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Proficient in digital tools and library management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent or confident in spoken and written English.
- Friendly, patient, and service-minded personality.
- Experience in academic or school libraries is an advantage.
