Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Cargo Sales Professional to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, handling key accounts, and offering customized logistics solutions for ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo), Heavy Lifts, Breakbulk, and other project cargo shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing clients in the project cargo segment.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for oversized, heavy, or time-sensitive cargo.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing clients.
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for feasibility studies and competitive quotations.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the project logistics division.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management for project cargos.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese language is essential.
Language: Vietnamese & English Must
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 40,000,000₫ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ho Chi Minh City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Project Cargo Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Freight Forwarding : 2 years (Required)
- Shipping and Logistics: 2 years (Required)
Language:
