- Serve as the primary client liaison, partnering with sales to oversee end-to-end project execution.
- Maintain clear, frequent communication with clients to address technical issues, explain UL Product Sustainability procedures, and negotiate project plans.
- Proactively resolve client concerns to minimize delays and ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with sales, clients, and labs while ensuring milestones and client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent project methodology, including product evaluation, documentation review, test coordination, and results analysis.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and sales executives through reports and direct communication.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations in turnaround time, technical accuracy, and overall experience.
- Liaise with Commercial Teams, Subject Matter Experts, certification bodies, and R&D teams as needed.
- Review and approve product changes in the customer portal.
- Oversee multi-site projects for single clients.
- Maintain project templates to support program development and implementation.
- Adhere to Underwriters Laboratories’ Code of Conduct and security protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials, Environmental, or Biological Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years in a directly related role, with expertise in environmental technical concepts (e.g., quality control/assurance, test methods, chemical/material data).
- Strong Project management and client-facing experience.
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
