The Integration Workstream PMO will coordinate and govern all transformation activities related to interfaces between systems within the core banking ecosystem. The role involves interacting with the various workstreams under the Core Banking transformation program (eg. Channels, Cards, GL, Core Banking Platform etc.) and application vendors to ensure cross-workstream interfaces are managed. The PMO role will monitor and track key issues and risks, drive discussions to resolve or mitigate them together with the various teams across workstreams.
The workstream PMO will roll up to the overall program PMO.
Position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance and Delivery Oversight
- Manage and maintain the Integration workstream plan, including risks, issues, actions, and dependencies (RAID).
- Drive and document weekly status updates; escalate critical issues to the Program TMO.
Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point between interfaces between workstreams / systems.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment with Testing and Integration workstreams.
- Lead regular check-ins with application teams to track deliverables and unblock dependencies.
Program Management Support
- Prepare and maintain all PMO artefacts:
- RAID Logs
- Change Request Forms
- Workstream Workplan and Milestone Tracker
- RAG Status Reports
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in Core Banking implementation
- 3-10 years of experience in project management or PMO roles
- Strong command of tools like MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence

- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Able to manage through ambiguity and drive clarity
- Capable of working in a bilingual (Vietnamese/English) environment preferred
