Construction Project Manager 建築工程項目經理
Specific responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

- Lead and manage the Consultant’s Project Team to execute the scope of work of the Project;
- 指揮和管理監理和咨詢團隊完成工作的目標。
- Manage the project initiation and team mobilization for the Project;
- 管理項目的運轉和佈置人力服務項目
- Develop, obtain necessary approval and issue the Project Execution Plan;
- 設定、核准和簽發項目展開計劃
- Project reporting, both to the stakeholders and Bureau Veritas Vietnam;
- 執行總會報告項目的實際情況同時交接給業主和越南Bureau Veritas 公司
- Administer the Project in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and the Project Administration procedures;
- 依照合約的條款執行主導全部工作以及措施所有項目管理的國家規定。
- Manage the interfaces with the stakeholders and within the Project Team.
- 管理專案群組與管理層的溝通
- Work closely with the Client and other Consultants / Contractors to resolve the problems that arise during the implementation process;
- 積極協同業主與其他咨詢單位/廠商 一起解決意外事情。
- Review and approve the documents of the Project;
- 複審和批准項目的文件
- Hold periodic meetings with project stakeholders.
- 主持與他方的定期會議
