PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC/ SCOPE OF WORKS

• Manage QMS such as ISO 9001
• Manage FSC – COC system
• Build up and Manage Higg – FEM
• Build up and Manage Sedex SMETA 4P
• Manage QC team
• Investigation and Quality improvement of Non-conformity
• Handle for the internal & external audit
• Other task will be assigned by QA/QC Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

CHÚNG TÔI ĐANG TÌM KIẾM MỘT NGƯỜI/ WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Printing Technology, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles in manufacturing, preferably printing/label industry.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, FSC-COC, Higg-FEM, and Sedex SMETA 4P systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience managing internal/external audits and non-conformity investigations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English for communication and report reading.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High responsibility, detail-oriented, and an improvement mindset.
• Able to manage QC team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
