Responsibilities:
- Monitor streamers’ attendance and quality of live content; give performance evaluations.
- Manage daily communication in the streamer group; handle feedback and reminders.
- Assist streamers in chatting with users, encouraging registration and deposit actions.
- Coordinate with the management team to meet daily KPIs and log conversion data.
Requirements:
- Experience in live stream operations or quality control preferred.
- Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
- Understanding of Vietnamese user behavior and betting audience is a plus.
