RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing administrative, organizational, and communication tasks efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to anticipate needs, and a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain and update central filing system for easy retrieval of information, keep sensitive material confidentially
- Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and appointments
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as needed
- Corporate with other stakeholders to prepare and organize for company special events such as Market visits, Corporate Events, Townhall meeting. ad hoc tasks ect
- Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements
- Manage expense reports and travel claims in compliance with company policy
- Provide general support to the executive team when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
- Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English + Vietnamese
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
