- Conduct detailed screening calls to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client-side hiring managers.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Support offer preparation, negotiation, and candidate onboarding.
- Ensure internal KPIs, SLAs, and client-specific requirements are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with hiring stakeholders to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Address challenges proactively and offer recruitment solutions aligned with client expectations.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of proven recruitment experience at a headhunting or recruitment agency.
- Strong understanding of recruitment pipelines, sourcing tools, and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must due to frequent communication with foreign clients.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
