The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service, adherence to company standards, and a high level of guest satisfaction. This role involves staff supervision, operational coordination, and direct interaction with guests to maintain an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to established service procedures and hospitality standards.
- Coordinate and allocate work assignments and shift schedules for restaurant personnel.
- Review and address operational reports submitted by section captains regarding facility conditions, employee discipline, and other relevant matters.
- Assist team members with pre-shift setup and ensure readiness for service operations.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Promptly and professionally handle customer complaints and inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Oversee food quality before service to guarantee consistency with the restaurant’s culinary standards.
- Address operational issues beyond the scope of line staff and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily operational reports to the Restaurant Manager.
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for service staff.
- Monitor and manage restaurant resources, equipment, and inventory to prevent waste and loss.
- Evaluate employee performance, including regular assessments and probation period reviews.
- Ensure all staff members comply with company policies, workplace rules, and labor regulations.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Quyền lợi được hưởng:
- Salary: VND 12.000.000 – 14.000.000 per month

- Probation Period: 2 month with 85% of official salary.

- Working Days: 4 days off per month
- Service Charge: Applied after successful completion of the probation period
- KPI Bonus: Monthly performance-based bonus available
- 13th-Month Salary: Provided in accordance with company policy
- Public Holidays: Entitlements as per Vietnamese Labor Law
- Annual Leave: 12 days per year

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Education: College or University degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the position of Front Office Supervisor or higher
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexible problem-solving abilities, and proven team leadership capability
- Languages: Proficient in English communication (mandatory); knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Smile, eZee...) and Microsoft Word/Excel
- Personal Qualities: Honest, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded
