Position Summary

1. Build a transparent business environment by establishing recurrence prevention measures upon similar or same type of incidents in order to prevent business corruption in advance.
2. Analyzing poor or inefficient management and fundamental reasons of poor performance and potential risks and build improvement measures to enhance business competitiveness.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Objective (job's main purpose and how the job contributes to the organisation's success)

- Management on Risk Management and Internal Audit projects to ensure timely key risk verification and action plans conducted, following annual risk management strategy

-Risk Management is to build a healthy business, sustainability and timely identify risks and apply appropriate countermeasures for improvements

[Risk management (RM) activities]:

. Objective: to identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks to protect the organization and enhance its resilience

. Action:

- Plan and implement an overall risk management process for the organization

- Conduct risk assessments, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business

- Regularly monitor and report risk items under HQ/RHQ/GPPM requirement (AR risk, FS risk, verbal commitment risk, credit risk, other operational risks, etc.)

- Develop key risk indicators (KRI) for early warnings/alerts to the business

- Engage with stakeholders for insight, recommendations, countermeasure and action plans

- Track, review and enhance SOP, process mapping of Biz

- Lead RM projects, including self-audit projects (Planning, execution, result reports, countermeasures, follow-up, tracking progress, etc.)

[Internal Audit]

. Objective:

- to keep a check on the financial and operational aspects of a business

- to verify VOC/whisle blowing

- to point out the mistakes, weak points, and strengths of the business

- for improvement of financial and operational areas

. Action:

- Develop of the company's annual audit plan and track the plan’s performance

- Lead internal audit projects (Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction)

. Manage performance of audit assignments, reviews workpapers and audit reports; edits reports prepared by other auditors

. Coordinate and interact with stakeholders to conduct the audit, agree countermeasure and action plan

. Track progress of the audit engagement

- Support and assist in audit projects initiated by HQ Audit

[Enhancement of Compliance Awareness]

. Objective: to build awareness of internal P&P and alert of audit case studies to all employees

. Action:

- Plan, develop Compliance and Risk Management training/communication materials

- Conduct the training/communication of Compliance topics to internal/external stakeholders

. RM Training: Reminder of Policy & Procedure, Audit case study (verbal commitment, outside funding, wrong application of P&P, etc.), Risk Awareness, Global Employee Guideline (GEG))

[Others]

- Consult Biz for risk management queries

- Contribute to team development activities

- Other risk management tasks as requested

- Other routine tasks: Internal controls for financial statement, financial risk scenario

- Investigations

Skills and Qualifications

• Integrity and accountability

• Knowledge of company business processes

• Understand internal control framework (COSO)

• Willing to learn, quickly re-act, proactive response, and detail & result oriented

• Willing to travel for business purpose

• Excellent communications and training skills

• Good communication/reporting in English (written and oral)

• Comfortable with MS-Excel, PPT, Word, ERP system

• Require minimum 6 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree
