Position: Sales Account Manager

Salary Level: USD $1,000 – $1,500/month on the first quarter of work, based on performance level + Sales Bonus (% of sales) assigned on 2nd quarter, with potential for growth
Requirements:
- C2 English Proficiency (Written and Verbal);
- Good Mathematical skills;
- Experience in either of the areas: Customer service, Cold Sales, or Logistics Operations (Freight forwarding, OTR dispatch, or Drayage);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; and,
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business or clients
- Manage and Grow Client Relationships
- Promote Drayage Services
- Coordinate Internally with Operations
- Track Performance and Sales Metrics
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends
- Support Billing and Dispute Resolution
