• Good command of English (Speaking and writing)
• Fresher is acceptable
• Good at computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Soft skills: Communication, problem solving
• Priority: Candidates who worked in factory (EPE)/ Worked in logistics field

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Implementing processes involved in a supply chain/ logistics operation and liaise with a variety of parties, including Planning team, Purchasing team, forwarder agents to handle transportation, and ensure on-time delivery
• Checking and issuing all related documents for outbound shipments including invoices, packing list, bill of lading (BL), certificates of origin (CO), and other related documents
• Be responsible for accurate shipping documents and follow up shipping schedule
• Handing customer requests promptly
• Other duties assigned by Manager
