1. Sales Administration Support
o Prepare and process quotations, sales contracts, and orders.
o Maintain and update customer database and sales documentation.
o Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for delivery schedules.
o Follow up with customers on order status, documentation, and after-sales support.
2. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
o Assist in preparing sales reports and meeting materials.
o Arrange internal and external meetings for the Sales team.
o Manage office supplies and handle basic admin paperwork.
o Support internal communication between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
3. Customer Communication
o Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms.
o Communicate in English or Chinese to handle orders, quotations, and service follow-ups.
o Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales administration or related fields.
- College/University degree in Business, Administration, or related majors.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese (speaking and writing).
- Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Careful, detail-oriented, and proactive.
