• Consulting Expertise:
• Partner with clients to understand their organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver actionable solutions tailored to their unique goals.
• Conduct surveys to identify organizational challenges for client companies.
• Propose organizational improvement strategies based on identified strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide hands-on support to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.
• Business Development: Proactively build and nurture relationships with new clients, focusing on Japanese and global companies.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Language Proficiency:
• Japanese: N1 level (business-level communication required).
• English: Business-level proficiency (TOEIC 730 or equivalent).
• Vietnamese: Native level is preferred.
