Role Purpose & Accountabilities:
The British Council is seeking a dedicated Sales & Customer Management Executive to join our dynamic exams team. In this role, you will be the face of the British Council, handling all marketing inquiries related to our exams products and services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to convert inquiries into registrations, supporting our team in achieving annual business targets.
As an ambassador for the British Council, you will provide top-quality service to both new and existing customers, addressing their needs and requests with professionalism and friendliness. You will manage incoming inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, while also handling customer feedback and complaints. Your role will involve communicating our exams policies and supporting value-added activities for the exams department.
You will actively participate in sales and marketing events, generating awareness and leads for our exams business. Additionally, you will engage with customers through phone communications to drive IELTS registrations and ensure a high level of service. Maintaining accurate databases and records will be essential, as will carrying out administrative duties to support the team’s operations.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in an international environment and develop project and people management skills. You will be required to work a five-day week on a shift system, including regular Saturday shifts. Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum two years of working experience in a customer service or sales environment, preferably in the services industry
- Excellent proficiency in English and Vietnamese (all four skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
