- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to propose development strategies to management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for short-, mid-, and long-term plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly); guide and supervise implementation.
- Lead organizational sales by establishing business plans covering sales volume, revenue, and expense controls.
- Design and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and enhance brand presence; maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets in collaboration with the sales team; monitor and report on progress.
- Set and track individual and team sales goals; oversee sales performance and provide necessary support.
- Train, motivate, and develop the sales team through coaching and product knowledge enhancement.
- Promote company products and brand image effectively.
- Understand customer needs and how they align with the company's offerings.
