Sika Vietnam is seeking a Sales Engineer - Conrete to assist the Manager in developing and implementing sales targets in the assigned area.
Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Conduct product testing and present value propositions to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and provide monthly status reports to Line Manager
- Optimize concrete mix designs in collaboration with customers and technical teams.
- Gather information from the market and customer related to demand, performance required and
financial status. - In charge of coordinating information and documentation between Sika Vietnam and external
stakeholder (customer, owner, etc.) - Co-ordinate with other departments such as: Pricing, Credit, Customer Service, Finance to ensure
that quotes, contract, debts, delivery, dispenser, after delivery services are aligned with Sika policies. - Achieve both short and long-term sales goals.
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field of studies, candidates with Construction/Chemical background is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Building Materials/Chemical industry, especially in Concrete industries.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to travel when required.
- Skillful Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fair English skills
