The Impact You'll Make
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to assist our B2B sales team in managing complex sales processes. This role will primarily focus on back-end support activities, including preparing technical documentation, tracking and documenting installed base of drives, and identifying retrofit opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, eager to learn, and interested in both technical systems and commercial operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the sales team in handling complex B2B sales opportunities by preparing technical materials, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the installed base across customer sites.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, product management) to collect technical data required for retrofit assessments.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying retrofit opportunities within the installed base to support customer lifecycle value.
- Help create customer-facing documents such as quotations, technical proposals, and retrofit scopes.
- Ensure internal systems and sales tools are properly updated and aligned with customer project statuses.
- Participate in customer meetings as needed, primarily in a supporting role.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong interest in technical sales, industrial systems, or engineering solutions.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English
- Active, structured person with can do attitude
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
