We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales & Marketing Staff (Pharmaceutical) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our client base in the pharmaceutical industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and follow up on customer purchase orders from start to completion.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote product lines and attract new clients.
- Provide consultation and technical support to clients on the application of our products.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth contract execution and high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends in line with company direction.
- Develop and propose marketing strategies and action plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- Handle other tasks and assignments as required by management.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical import/export companies.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong network with pharmaceutical distributors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a high sense of responsibility and responsiveness.
- Self-motivated, positive mindset, and able to work independently without close supervision.
