Responsibilities
- Clarify technical requirements: Receive and analyze order requests from the sales team, ensuring all technical specifications are clear and accurate before handing them over to the production department.
- Track and coordinate orders: Monitor the entire order process from start to finish, regularly updating the sales team on progress and resolving any issues that arise to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support with quotations: Compile information, calculate costs, and prepare detailed price quotes for the sales team, helping them provide competitive and accurate pricing to customers.
- Assist the sales team: Provide administrative and other operational support, allowing the sales team to focus on sales without worrying about internal processes or production-related issues.
Requirements
- Experience in sales within the US market or project sales in the Vietnamese market, particularly in sectors like lighting solutions, electronics, construction materials or related
- Proficiency in English (for working with the US sales team).
