Main tasks:
- Daily Operations: Coordinate with departments to ensure resources are used effectively to meet operational plans.
- Monitor inbound and outbound activities to meet customer KPIs. Supervise and train outsourced staff to follow SOPs and job standards.
- Identify and resolve issues in physical operations and systems. Collect and manage operational documents.
- Respond to customer feedback in coordination with supervisors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the operations supervisor.
- Projects & Improvements: Participate in setting up new operational processes. Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Location: Candidates living in Binh Duong or other areas but willing to relocate for work convenience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Administration, or Supply Chain).
- Experience: At least 1 year in warehouse or operations roles.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to communicate in English. Willingness and ability to learn new systems.
