Senior Budget and Vendor Management Specialist (CRM)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers, logistics, and strategic vendor management? Abbott is looking for a Senior Budget & Vendor Management Specialist (CRM) for Nutrition business to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving operational excellence and sales performance.

📍 Location: Abbott Representative Office (District 1) & assigned locations in Ho Chi Minh City (District 12 & Tân Bình)
🕒 Working Time: Monday to Saturday
📌 Reporting to: CRM Director

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead CRM budget planning and daily financial reporting
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, accurate payments
• Oversee logistics and home delivery operations to support sales goals
• Handle administrative tasks including CTE claims, travel arrangements, and documentation
• Forecast and manage promotional gifts to align with sales programs
• Collaborate on CRM projects and provide financial insights to support business strategy
• Monitor vendor contracts and ensure service quality

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong background in budget planning, vendor management, and logistics
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and English communication
• Excellent project management, financial analysis, and negotiation skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
