1. C&B Operation:
- Manage payroll operations for overseas staff in partnership with local agencies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with local cultural practices.
- Administer and manage overseas employee contracts, while providing general administrative support to the VNGGames C&B department.
- Coordinate the implementation of C&B processes, company policies, and regulations in compliance with local laws and practices, and propose improvements as necessary.
- Supervise discipline process to ensure it is conducted in proper manner, in line with the company regulations, labor code and directly handle complex issues upon need;
- Maintain cooperation with different teams and departments; answer queries from management members, provide advice, support, updates and briefings on HR matters.
- Generate and manage reports and statistics related to C&B matters as needed.
- Propose initiatives and contribute in the improvement of different C&B services & practices;
- Participate in projects aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of HR services, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement;
Yêu cầu
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations (experience with overseas laws and practices is preferred but not mandatory).
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
