Job description
As a Senior Corporate Controlling Officer, you will play a key role in the financial management of Mantu’s structure costs. Your responsibilities will include managing a team, delivering insightful financial analyses, leading reporting and forecasting cycles, and contributing to continuous improvement and automation of controlling processes. This position involves regular collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
Your missions
- Manage a team of 4 people producing Profit & Loss analyses for each corporate governance
- Prepare, review, and present dashboard analyses to governance stakeholders
- Act as the single point of contact for variance explanations versus budget/forecast on structural costs
- Identify structural issues, propose solutions, and follow through on implementation
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement in reporting activities
- Define and support the annual structure cost budget process in alignment with strategic objectives
- Prepare historical and projected financial data for budget planning (focus on 2026)
- Collaborate closely with Budget and Governance teams during the entire budget cycle
Your profile
- Academic background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with controlling, budget planning, and financial reporting
- Strong command of Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English. Another foreign language such as French would be a plus
- You are detail-oriented, reliable, autonomous, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
